Getting Emergency Cash
What is Emergency Cash
When your debit card has been lost or stolen, our Emergency Cash service makes sure you don't have to go without cash in your pocket. We'll give you a code to type in to a Royal Bank of Scotland or NatWest cash machine, which will let you take money out of your account.
- If you're a digital or telephone banking customer, you can make one withdrawal of up to £300
- If you're not registered for these services, you can still get £60 to tide you over
Please note: Your card will be cancelled and you will no longer be able to use Get Cash in the mobile app till you have a replacement debit card.
Emergency Cash: Your card will be cancelled by using this service. It must be within your daily withdrawal limit and you must have at least £20 available in your account.
Get Cash: Withdraw up to £130 every 24 hours at our branded ATMs. You must have at least £10 available in your account and an active debit card (locked or unlocked).
App available to customers aged 11+ with compatible iOS and Android devices and a UK or international mobile number in specific countries.
